Social Advertising Specialist

The Social Advertising specialist performs data-driven optimization of client campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social channels on a daily basis. You’ll act as day-to-day contact to our clients and will work closely with our ad ops team to evolve and enhance optimization strategies & execution.
Prefer 1-2 years experience managing ad campaigns on Facebook or media buying within similar channels. Lacking social ad-specific experience? Don’t let it stop you. Some of our top performing optimizers have proven backgrounds in statistics, economics, finance, and other math-heavy disciplines.

Senior Ad Ops Specialist, PPC

The Senior Ad Operations Specialist, PPC works closely with our optimizers to lead client campaigns across Google, Bing, YouTube, and other applicable networks with a particular focus on search, shopping, video and display campaigns.
You’ll lead team members in developing and implementing strategies across search channels and will provide direction to clients in the implementation of best practices with regard to conversion tracking, attribution, and funnel optimization.
Additionally, you’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities for expansion of client campaigns across ad networks.
Looking for folks with 3-5 years of experience managing search and display campaigns in Google Adwords or on similar platforms.

Sales Research Assistant


Working directly for two Vice Presidents of Partnerships and strongly aligned with the CEO and VP of Marketing, the Sales Researcher will provide frontline support to the sales team, identify and research prospect opportunities, and strategize the proper approach, messaging and materials needed to effectively engage prospects and win new business.

The Sales Researcher will have a direct impact on company growth by identifying and isolating the most valuable prospective clients and opportunities for OrionCKB, and informing the process that turns them into strong, long-term client relationships. You will be focused on the largest key relationships that are vital to OrionCKB’s long-term success.


  • Access and interpret data to identify new prospects (and evaluate existing opportunities) in order to determine which are most likely to turn into business that meets our sales criteria
  • Use research databases, public info, marketing content, CRM platforms and other available resources to inform your research; identify and recommend others, as necessary, to improve the process
  • Continuously work with sales team to supply ideal prospect lists to the Vice Presidents of Partnerships to inform their targeting and sales efforts; inform follow-up by including documentation of objectives, insights, complete profile information, etc.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create collateral for client-specific presentations
  • Assist in the development of tactical research strategies and provide actionable intelligence (on the prospective client, contacts, etc.) in a timely fashion


  • 1-2 years of research, sales analysis, or related experience (B2B and media are pluses)
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative research in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint (use of research tools a plus) and the ability to quickly learn to use new tools
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
